Body mass Index - BMI is an approximate measurement of whether
someone is Overweight or Underweight.
It is a calculation that uses
your Height and Weight to
estimate how much Body Fat you have. Too much Body
Fat is a problem because it can lead to illnesses and other health problems
including:

v If your BMI is less than 18.5, it falls within the "underweight"
range.
v If your BMI is 18.5 to 24.9, it falls within the
"normal" or Healthy Weight range.
v If your BMI is 25.0 to 29.9, it falls within the "overweight"
range.
v If your BMI is 30.0 or higher, it falls within the "obese"
range.
